It was a fantastic experience in a divine hotel. The place was fairly clean and staff was lovely: D
Brilliant location, fairly clean, lovely bed, excellent co-operating staff. Delicious food combined with welcoming service. Warm unit. We had easy check-in on arrival.
i enjoyed everything, it was exceptional. the breakfast was superb and had plenty of options. the room was quiet & functional. outstanding views and small garden. i could park the car nearby. that was classy hotel set in central area.
Very cordial staff, everything spotless.
Top location, interesting building, freshly made food. The room was fairly good and silent, we had coffee, balcony and terrace. A sandy beach, fabulous view. Besides, it was within 500 metres of funky forest.
All in all, it was perfect place for travelling to Aberdeen. The suite we stayed in was nice. We totally recommend this hotel.
Helpful staff and continental breakfast. A good sized room. Visited Cocket Hat for a few drinks, it was at a near distance from the hotel, recommend...
Modern and comfortable room. Staff were very keen to be helpful.
The entrance from the public car park is via a dimly lit alley way that is a bit creepy at night. The entrance is not sign posted so for newcomers it is a bit off putting. Returning late a night to find the room had not been serviced.
Firstly they did not even have my booking I made with you on their books...I had to pay much more than what I had booked for...then there is no parking place near the front door of the hotel and I had to drag my bags and suitcases from an outside public parking to the hotel. The receptionist was rude to me about my booking...I was quite distressed about the extra money I had to pay and the poor reception I had....You have a record of what I had said I would pay you and if you took the trouble to find out what I had paid you would find out that there is a much higher payment I had to make....
I like size of the room; its content and generally facilities in and around hotel
Friendly helpful staff. Modern clean and comfortable hotel
No hotel car park. The public car park at rear of hotel in a shopping quadrant is not secure and because of the shops getting a space is not automatic
I liked the location of the hotel as it was a short walk to the Aberdeen Royal Infirmary where my husband was being treated.
It is well appointed, newly refurbished with a good standard of accommodation. Evening dinner and breakfast were well presented and of a high standard. Comfortable bed.
I have some reservations about the car parking facilities which being a public area meant security could be an issue.
The hotel reception and corridors were very nice, but the rooms were poor. The pillows were very thin. The bedspreads and curtains needed updating. My room had a small kitchette but had hardly any cutlery or crockery and no sharpe knives and no chopping board. The kettle was very small and would only fill two cups at a time and there was no toaster. The window in the room lead onto a ledge which attracted pigeons and they woke you early of a morning.
Helpful staff, good standards and good value.
Difficult to find using sat nav. Car park was a worry!
Convenient location and functional; the 'suite' aspect was a bit of a (pleasant) surprise.
